I am a licensed clinical psychologist. In addition to working in private practice, I am an Assistant Professor of Psychology in the Combined School-Clinical Child Doctoral Program at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology (Yeshiva University).
I work with children, adolescents, families, adults, and couples. After working for many years in Manhattan I moved my private practice to the beautiful Hudson Valley.
I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology at Fordham University. I also have a masters degree in counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.
My therapeutic approach is warm and open. I generally practice psychodynamic psychotherapy but also integrate cognitive, behavioral, family systems, and existential perspectives. I am flexible and tailor my approach to suit the needs of each client. My work is informed both by my clinical experience and the latest in evidence based research.
